辽宁轨道交通职业学院始建于1950年，位于辽宁省省会沈阳市，是一所以服务轨道交通业为特色、以服务装备制造业为主体，全日制学历教育、职业培训和应用性技术服务并重发展的高职院校。学校主校区地处沈阳经济技术开发区，占地面积437.6亩，建筑面积14.2万平方米，校园建设凸显职业化、智能化、信息化和人性化理念。

Liaoning Railway Vocational and Technical College, founded in 1950 and located in Shenyang, the capital of Liaoning Province, is a higher vocational college focusing on serving the rail transit industry and equipment manufacturing industry, integrating full-time academic education, vocational training and applied technical services. Its main campus is situated in Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 437.6 mu with a building area of 142,000 square meters. The campus construction highlights the concepts of professionalism, intelligence, informatization and humanization.

学校现有在职教职工333人，其中教授15人、副教授70人，教师团队汇集了全国职业教育轨道交通行业名师、中国机电职业教育行业教学名师等专业人才。建校70多年来，学校已为国家铁路企业和地方轨道交通行业及装备制造业培养了九万余名高中级技能型人才，先后荣获全国教育系统先进集体、辽宁省职业教育先进集体等荣誉称号。

The college has 333 in-service faculty members, including 15 professors and 70 associate professors. Its teaching team brings together professional talents such as national vocational education名师 in rail transit industry and China mechanical and electrical vocational education teaching masters. Over the past 70 years since its establishment, the college has cultivated more than 90,000 senior and intermediate skilled talents for national railway enterprises, local rail transit industry and equipment manufacturing industry, and has successively won honors such as National Advanced Collective in Education System and Liaoning Provincial Advanced Collective in Vocational Education.

学校设有机车车辆学院、机械工程学院等7个二级学院，开设相关专业（方向）37个，构建了以服务现场为主线的“一线三点”立体化产教融合模式，是全国铁路机车司机培训基地、国家首批1+X证书试点单位，具有9个职业（含19个工种）的职业技能等级认定资质。

The college has 7 secondary colleges including Locomotive and Rolling Stock College and Mechanical Engineering College, offering 37 related majors (directions). It has built a "one-line-three-point" three-dimensional industry-education integration model with serving the site as the main line. It is a national railway locomotive driver training base, one of the first batch of national 1+X certificate pilot units, and has the qualification for vocational skill level identification of 9 occupations (including 19 types of work).
