辽宁何氏医学院始建于1999年，是经教育部批准设置、由归国医学博士何伟教授创办的普通高等医学院校，位于沈阳市棋盘山风景区。学校以“梦想、感恩、学问、坚毅、结果”为校训，坚持“一切为了学生”的办学理念，发挥医、教、研、产一体化平台优势，培养具备理性思维、独立人格、创新精神、知行合一的应用型人才。

Liaoning He University of Medicine, founded in 1999, is an ordinary higher medical institution approved by the Ministry of Education and founded by Professor He Wei, a returned medical doctor. 学校涵盖医学、工学、艺术学、理学、管理学、教育学、农学七大学科门类，开设23个普通本科专业、1个职业本科专业及4个高职专业，与多所国内外高校开展联合培养及交流合作。建有发改委国家地方联合共建实验室、科技部国际科技合作基地等多个高水平科研平台，眼视光学专业获批国家级一流本科专业，致力于建设科技型、创新型、国际化的大健康领域应用型标杆院校。

The university covers seven disciplines: Medicine, Engineering, Art, Science, Management, Education and Agriculture. It offers 23 general undergraduate programs, 1 vocational undergraduate program and 4 higher vocational programs, and carries out joint training and exchange cooperation with many domestic and foreign universities. It has established multiple high-level scientific research platforms such as the National Local Joint Construction Laboratory of the National Development and Reform Commission and the International Science and Technology Cooperation Base of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The Optometry major has been approved as a national first-class undergraduate major, committed to building a scientific, innovative and international applied benchmark university in the field of big health.
