辽宁师范高等专科学校是辽宁省人民政府根据辽宁教育事业改革发展需要，整合辽宁教育学院、辽宁文化艺术职工大学等教育资源，于2019年成立的一所公办普通高等专科学校，2020年正式招生。学校设有学前教育学院、小学教育学院、艺术学院、体育教育学院等四个学院，开办广告艺术设计、舞蹈表演、音乐表演、戏剧影视表演、学前教育等专业。

Liaoning Normal College is a public ordinary higher vocational college established in 2019 by the People's Government of Liaoning Province by integrating educational resources such as Liaoning Institute of Education and Liaoning Cultural and Art Workers' University in response to the needs of the reform and development of education in Liaoning. It officially enrolled students in 2020. The college has four schools: School of Preschool Education, School of Primary Education, School of Art, and School of Physical Education, offering majors such as Advertising Art Design, Dance Performance, Music Performance, Drama and Film Performance, and Preschool Education.

学校现有教授41人、副教授120人，具有博士学位14人；省百千万人才工程人选17人，其中千层次人才4人、万层次人才13人；辽宁省特级教师4人。校园占地面积162亩，生均教学行政用房面积103.6平方米，生均宿舍面积37.3平方米，教学科研仪器设备总值726万元，图书8.5万册，建有多个专业实训室和教学设施。

The college currently has 41 professors, 120 associate professors, and 14 people with doctoral degrees; 17 candidates for the Provincial Millions of Talents Project, including 4 at the thousand-level and 13 at the ten-thousand-level; and 4 special-grade teachers in Liaoning Province. The campus covers an area of 162 mu, with 103.6 square meters of teaching and administrative用房 per student, 37.3 square meters of dormitory space per student, total value of teaching and research instruments and equipment of 7.26 million yuan, and 85,000 books. It has built multiple professional training rooms and teaching facilities.
