辽宁中医药大学杏林学院坐落于辽宁省沈阳市，是由辽宁中医药大学于2001年7月创办的省属全日制普通本科高等学校（独立学院），以培养中医药类应用型人才为核心目标。学校秉承“不求最大、但求最强”的办学理念，坚持“两优、两重、一适应”的办学思路，突出中医药特色，先后荣获“全国先进独立学院”“辽宁省五一奖章”等荣誉称号。

Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Xinglin College is located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. Founded in July 2001 by Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is a provincial full-time ordinary undergraduate institution (independent college) focusing on cultivating applied talents in traditional Chinese medicine. Adhering to the educational philosophy of "Not Seeking the Largest, but Striving for Excellence" and the development strategy of "Two Priorities, Two Emphases, and One Adaptation", the college highlights TCM characteristics and has been awarded honors such as "National Advanced Independent College" and "Liaoning Provincial May 1st Medal".

学校设有中医、结合、针灸推拿、护理、药学、医学技术6个系及4个教学部，开设中医学、中西医临床医学、针灸推拿学等12个专业，形成以中医临床为主体，多学科交叉渗透的办学格局。依托辽宁中医药大学资源，拥有403名专任教师（研究生学位占比64.8%），300余家临床实践基地，并与德国、日本等开展国际合作，2024年医学类毕业生考研通过率近30%。

The college comprises 6 departments (Traditional Chinese Medicine, Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine, Acupuncture & Tuina, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology) and 4 teaching divisions, offering 12 majors including TCM, Integrative Medicine, and Acupuncture-Tuina. It has formed a disciplinary structure centered on clinical TCM with interdisciplinary integration. Leveraging resources from Liaoning University of TCM, it boasts 403 full-time faculty (64.8% with postgraduate degrees), over 300 clinical practice bases, and international collaborations with Germany and Japan. In 2024, the postgraduate entrance exam pass rate for medical graduates reached nearly 30%.
