六安应用科技职业学院是经安徽省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案、由六安市人民政府举办的专科层次公办全日制普通高等院校，于2025年2月经省政府批复同意，由六安技师学院和金寨技师学院合并设置。学校坐落于六安市，拥有六安、金寨两大校区，构建了覆盖先进制造业与现代服务业的完整教育体系，致力于培养高素质技术技能型人才，打造特色鲜明、国内知名的高水平应用型高等职业院校。

Lu'an Vocational College of Applied Technology is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college at the junior college level approved by the People's Government of Anhui Province, registered by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, and sponsored by the People's Government of Lu'an City. Approved by the provincial government in February 2025, the college was established by merging Lu'an Technician College and Jinzhai Technician College. Located in Lu'an City, it has two campuses in Lu'an and Jinzhai, establishing a complete education system covering advanced manufacturing and modern service industries. It is committed to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents and building a distinctive, domestically renowned high-level applied higher vocational college.

学校秉持内涵发展、特色发展、创新发展理念，现有专任教师625人，其中双师型教师239人，研究生学历教师占比15.84%，副高及以上职称教师占比25.92%。教学设施先进，教科研设备总值达1.8亿元，建设有覆盖机械加工、新能源汽车、智能制造等十余个专业领域的高水平实训基地，深度融入职教高地建设，为经济社会发展持续输送高素质技术技能人才。

Adhering to the concepts of connotative development, characteristic development, and innovative development, the college has 625 full-time teachers, including 239 dual-qualified teachers, with 15.84% of teachers holding postgraduate degrees and 25.92% having associate senior titles or above. It boasts advanced teaching facilities with teaching and research equipment valued at 180 million yuan, and has built high-level training bases covering more than ten professional fields such as mechanical processing, new energy vehicles, and intelligent manufacturing. Deeply integrating into the construction of vocational education highlands, it continuously delivers high-quality technical and skilled talents for economic and social development.
