洛阳文化旅游职业学院是经河南省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案，由洛阳市人民政府举办的公办高等职业院校，其前身由洛阳幼儿师范学校、洛阳市教师进修学校整合而成，于2021年5月正式设立。学校聚焦文旅产业发展需求，以培养复合型实用技能人才为目标，实行学院、书院双轨育人模式，着力打造文旅人才培养基地与文旅融合研发创新平台。

Luoyang Vocational College of Culture and Tourism is a public higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Henan Province and registered with the Ministry of Education. Sponsored by the Luoyang Municipal People's Government, it was officially established in May 2021 through the integration of Luoyang Preschool Teachers College and Luoyang Teachers' Training School. Focusing on the development needs of the cultural tourism industry, the college aims to cultivate compound practical talents, adopts a dual education model of colleges and academies, and strives to build a cultural tourism talent training base and a cultural tourism integration research and innovation platform.

学校现有伊滨、老城两个校区，主校区位于洛阳市伊滨区玉泉街299号，总占地面积521亩，建筑面积21万多平方米，教学实训设施完善。开设研学旅行管理与服务、文化创意与策划、表演艺术、陶艺设计与工艺等特色专业，拥有教职工358人，其中双师型教师138人，在校生11000余人，先后获评河南省重点职业学校、河南省职业教育先进单位等荣誉称号。

The college has two campuses: Yibin and Laocheng. The main campus is located at No. 299 Yuquan Street, Yibin District, Luoyang City, covering a total area of 521 mu with a construction area of over 210,000 square meters and well-equipped teaching and training facilities. It offers distinctive majors such as Research Travel Management and Service, Cultural Creativity and Planning, Performing Arts, and Ceramic Design and Technology. The college has 358 faculty members, including 138 dual-qualified teachers, and more than 11,000 students. It has been awarded honors such as Henan Provincial Key Vocational School and Advanced Unit of Vocational Education in Henan Province.
