兰州工商学院前身为2000年3月经原甘肃省教委批准成立的兰州商学院陇桥学院，2004年被教育部确认为第一批全日制普通本科层次的独立学院，2016年5月更名为兰州财经大学陇桥学院，2021年经教育部批准转设为省管民办普通本科学校——兰州工商学院。

Lanzhou Technology and Business College was formerly known as Longqiao College of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics, which was approved by the former Gansu Provincial Education Commission in March 2000. In 2004, it was recognized by the Ministry of Education as one of the first full-time ordinary undergraduate independent colleges. In May 2016, it was renamed Longqiao College of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics, and in 2021, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to be transformed into a province-managed private ordinary undergraduate school - Lanzhou Technology and Business College.

学校位于兰州市和平开发区，校园总占地面积1420.2亩，现有全日制在校本科生15463人，设有9个学院、2个教学部及1个省级实验教学示范中心，拥有6个学科门类32个本科专业，其中金融学、财政学、计算机科学与技术等6个专业为省级一流专业建设点，形成了以经济学、管理学为主，经、管、文、法、工、艺术多学科协调发展的学科专业布局。

The college is located in Heping Development Zone, Lanzhou City, with a total campus area of 1420.2 mu. It currently has 15,463 full-time undergraduate students, 9 colleges, 2 teaching departments and 1 provincial experimental teaching demonstration center. It has 32 undergraduate majors covering 6 disciplines, among which 6 majors such as Finance, Public Finance, and Computer Science and Technology are provincial first-class professional construction sites, forming a disciplinary professional layout dominated by economics and management, with coordinated development of economics, management, literature, law, engineering, and art.

学校建有现代化教学科研设施，包括52个实验（实训）室、143个校外实习基地，馆藏图书160万余册，现有教师743人，近三年承担省厅级以上科研项目120项，学生获国家级学科竞赛奖励70余项，2023届毕业生初次去向落实率87.12%，位居全省本科院校前列。

The college has modern teaching and research facilities, including 52 laboratories (training rooms), 143 off-campus internship bases, and a collection of more than 1.6 million books. There are 743 teachers. In the past three years, it has undertaken 120 scientific research projects at or above the provincial and municipal levels. Students have won more than 70 national discipline competition awards. The initial employment rate of the 2023 graduates was 87.12%, ranking among the top undergraduate colleges in the province.
