满洲里俄语职业学院是经内蒙古自治区人民政府批准、教育部备案的公办全日制普通高等职业院校，2010年正式招生，坐落于中国最大陆路口岸满洲里市。学院秉持"特色化、国际化、精品化"办学思路，实施"俄语+专业""专业+俄语"人才培养模式，致力于培养适应向北开放战略的应用型、复合型人才。

Manzhouli Russian Language College is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. It officially enrolled students in 2010 and is located in Manzhouli City, China's largest land port. Adhering to the school-running philosophy of "characteristic, internationalized and high-quality", the college implements the talent training model of "Russian + major" and "major + Russian", committed to cultivating applied and compound talents adapting to the northward opening strategy.

学院占地面积700亩（规划1600亩），建筑面积14万平方米，设10个系21个专业，涵盖应用俄语、跨境电子商务、护理等领域。现有教职工204人，其中专任教师142人，副高级以上职称61人，硕士研究生以上学历117人，自治区教学名师2人；在校生4167名，与10余所俄罗斯高校开展合作办学，提供"2+3""1+4"国际本科项目及俄语实践交流机会。

The college covers an area of 700 mu (planned 1600 mu) with a building area of 140,000 square meters. It has 10 departments and 21 majors, covering fields such as Applied Russian, Cross-border E-commerce, and Nursing. There are 204 faculty members, including 142 full-time teachers, 61 with associate senior titles or above, 117 with master's degree or above, and 2 autonomous region-level teaching masters. The college has 4167 students and carries out cooperative education with more than 10 Russian universities, providing "2+3", "1+4" international undergraduate programs and Russian language practice exchange opportunities.
