马鞍山学院是经教育部、安徽省人民政府批准设立，由安徽省教育厅主管、深圳市赛为智能股份有限公司举办的民办应用型本科高校。学校前身为2003年成立的安徽工业大学工商学院，2019年6月转设为独立设置的民办本科高校并更现名。

Maanshan University is a private application-oriented undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Anhui Province. It is administered by the Anhui Provincial Department of Education and sponsored by Shenzhen Sunwin Intelligent Co., Ltd. Formerly known as the Business College of Anhui University of Technology founded in 2003, it was transformed into an independent private undergraduate institution and renamed to its current name in June 2019.

学校位于安徽省马鞍山市当涂县姑孰镇黄池路8号，校园规划占地面积1016亩，已建成建筑面积26万平方米，图书馆藏纸质图书82.2万册。现设有人工智能创新学院、腾讯云大数据学院、智造工程学院等10个院（部），开设32个本科专业，涵盖工、经、管、文、艺等多个学科门类，面向全国9个省份招生，现有在校学生11156人。

Located at No.8 Huangchi Road, Gushu Town, Dangtu County, Maanshan City, Anhui Province, the university covers a planned area of 1016 mu with a constructed floor area of 260,000 square meters. Its library houses 822,000 paper books. The university currently has 10 schools (departments) including the School of Artificial Intelligence Innovation, Tencent Cloud Big Data School, and School of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering, offering 32 undergraduate programs covering engineering, economics, management, liberal arts, and arts. It enrolls students from 9 provinces across the country and has a current enrollment of 11,156 students.

学校以培养应用型、技术技能型人才为目标，注重产教融合与创新创业教育，构建了"奖、贷、勤、减、助、补"完善的学生资助体系。近年来毕业生去向落实率保持在91%以上，升学率稳定在13%以上，形成了以工为主、多学科协调发展的办学格局。

With the goal of cultivating application-oriented and technical-skilled talents, the university emphasizes industry-education integration and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and has established a comprehensive student financial aid system including scholarships, loans, work-study programs, fee reductions, subsidies, and grants. In recent years, the employment rate of graduates has remained above 91%, and the further study rate has stabilized above 13%, forming a school-running pattern with engineering as the main focus and multi-disciplinary coordinated development.
