闽南师范大学坐落于福建省漳州市，是福建省重点建设高校、福建省“双一流”建设高校。学校前身为创办于1958年的漳州师范专科学校，历经漳州师范学院等发展阶段，2013年更名为闽南师范大学。学校以教师教育为特色，涵盖文、理、工、教、经、管、法、艺等多学科协调发展，现有22个学院，68个本科专业，拥有一级学科博士点3个、一级学科硕士点21个，各类在校生3万余人。

Minnan Normal University is located in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. It is a key university in Fujian Province and a "Double First-Class" construction university in Fujian. The university was formerly known as Zhangzhou Normal Junior College founded in 1958, and went through development stages such as Zhangzhou Normal University. In 2013, it was renamed Minnan Normal University. With teacher education as its characteristic, the university covers the coordinated development of multiple disciplines including arts, science, engineering, education, economics, management, law, and art. It currently has 22 colleges, 68 undergraduate majors, 3 first-level discipline doctoral programs, 21 first-level discipline master programs, and more than 30,000 students of various types.
