Moscow State University (Московский государственный университет имени М.В. Ломоносова) is one of the oldest and top higher education institutions in Russia. Founded in 1755 at the initiative of the renowned scientist Mikhail Lomonosov, it is located on Sparrow Hills (formerly Lenin Hills) in the center of Moscow.
