茅台学院（Moutai Institute）位于贵州省仁怀市，是由中国贵州茅台酒厂（集团）有限责任公司举办，2017年5月23日经教育部批准设置的全日制普通本科高校。学校以全日制应用型普通本科教育为主，适时发展研究生教育，是我国第一所围绕酿酒产业链培养应用型人才的非营利性本科高校。2017年招收首届本科生，现有学生4715人。

Moutai Institute is located in Renhuai City, Guizhou Province. It is a full-time ordinary undergraduate university sponsored by China Kweichow Moutai Distillery (Group) Co., Ltd. and approved by the Ministry of Education on May 23, 2017. The university mainly focuses on full-time application-oriented undergraduate education and develops postgraduate education in due course. It is the first non-profit undergraduate university in China to cultivate application-oriented talents around the wine-making industry chain. The first batch of undergraduate students was enrolled in 2017, and there are currently 4,715 students.

学校坐落于中国酒都贵州省仁怀市南部新城，占地1076.2亩，建筑面积25.4万平方米，教学科研设施设备先进，图书馆馆藏资源丰富，校园信息化智慧化程度高，学习生活环境条件舒适便捷。学校围绕酿酒产业链建设学科专业，现设有白酒酿造工程、酿酒工程、葡萄与葡萄酒工程、食品质量与安全等15个本科专业。其中，白酒酿造工程专业为教育部目录外专业；轻工技术与工程和社会学获批省级重点支持学科；酿酒工程、资源循环科学与工程获批进入省级一流专业建设行列。

The university is located in the southern new town of Renhuai City, Guizhou Province, the capital of Chinese wine. It covers an area of 1076.2 mu with a building area of 254,000 square meters. It has advanced teaching and research facilities, rich library resources, a high level of campus informatization and intellectualization, and comfortable and convenient learning and living environment. Centering on the construction of disciplines and specialties in the wine-making industry chain, the university now has 15 undergraduate majors such as Liquor-making Engineering, Wine-making Engineering, Grape and Wine Engineering, Food Quality and Safety, etc. Among them, the major of Liquor-making Engineering is a major outside the catalogue of the Ministry of Education; Light Industry Technology and Engineering and Sociology have been approved as provincial key support disciplines; Wine-making Engineering and Resource Recycling Science and Engineering have been approved to enter the ranks of provincial first-class professional construction.

学校充分发挥人才优势，围绕酿酒、酒文化、酒营销、资源循环等领域开展课题研究，获建省部级学科、科研平台5个，获立国家级科研项目34项、省部级项目70项、市厅级项目317项。学校拥有一支专兼结合、实力较强的师资队伍，现有教职工517人，其中博士131人。茅台学院秉承“德才兼备、承创并举、酿理通融、知行合一”的办学理念，坚持“小、精、高、特、开”的办学策略，以“厚德、博识、善酿、笃行”为校训，致力于培养基础实、能力强、适应快、后劲足的酿酒产业及相关领域的高素质应用型人才，努力建设成为与茅台品牌相称的行业一流、世界知名的大学。（数据统计时间截至2025年10月10日）
