南京师范大学是国家“双一流”建设高校和江苏高水平大学建设高校，其主源可追溯至1902年创办的三江师范学堂，历经百余年发展，形成了文、史、哲、教、经、法、理、工、农、医、管、艺等学科协调发展的综合性学科体系。学校拥有仙林、随园、紫金三个校区，随园校区被誉为“东方最美丽的校园”之一。

Nanjing Normal University is a national "Double First-Class" construction university and a high-level university construction university in Jiangsu Province. In terms of discipline construction, disciplines such as Education, Geography, Chinese Language and Literature, and Foreign Language and Literature have outstanding strengths, and Education has been selected as a national "Double First-Class" construction discipline.
