国家研究型大学“莫斯科动力学院”成立于1930年，坐落于俄罗斯莫斯科，是俄罗斯能源、电气工程、电子与信息技术领域的顶尖工科院校。作为苏联时期航空动力与核动力技术的核心教学科研中心，该校在动力学、材料学、喷气涡轮发动机、航空航天发动机及船用核动力技术等领域保持世界领先水平，曾为中国培养了14位院士及数百名技术专家，其中包括舰用核动力、航空发动机、火箭发动机等领域的领军人物，如核潜艇总设计师彭士禄院士、航空发动机专家王仲奇院士等。

National Research University "Moscow Power Engineering Institute" (MPEI) was founded in 1930 and is located in Moscow, Russia. It is a top engineering institution in Russia specializing in energy, electrical engineering, electronics, and information technology. As the core teaching and research center for aviation power and nuclear power technology during the Soviet era, MPEI maintains world-leading expertise in dynamics, materials science, jet turbine engines, aerospace engines, and marine nuclear power technology. It has educated 14 Chinese academicians and hundreds of technical experts, including leading figures in marine nuclear power, aero-engines, and rocket engines, such as Academician Peng Shilu (chief designer of nuclear submarines) and Academician Wang Zhongqi (aero-engine expert).

学校现有10位俄联邦科学院院士、359位教授及1024位副教授，下设自动化与计算机工程、电力、热能与核能等12个学院，涵盖动力学、核工程、电子技术、信息技术等70余个专业方向。其教学科研设施包括550个教学实验室、100余个研究实验室及高等技术中心，图书馆藏书近200万册。作为国际化高校，MPEI吸引了来自65个国家的950余名留学生，并与中国多所高校开展合作办学，如海南莫斯科动力大学（筹）、河南科技大学莫动理工学院等，持续为全球能源与工程领域培养高层次人才。

The university currently has 10 Russian Academy of Sciences academicians, 359 professors, and 1024 associate professors. It comprises 12 faculties, including Automation and Computer Engineering, Electrical Power, and Thermal and Nuclear Energy, covering over 70 specialized fields such as dynamics, nuclear engineering, electronic technology, and information technology. Its teaching and research facilities include 550 educational laboratories, over 100 research laboratories, and an advanced technology center, with a library holding nearly 2 million books. As an international institution, MPEI attracts over 950 international students from 65 countries and collaborates with multiple Chinese universities, such as the筹建 Hainan Moscow Power University and Henan University of Science and Technology's MPEI Institute, continuing to cultivate high-level talent for the global energy and engineering sectors.
