国立技术大学“哈尔科夫理工学院”（National Technical University Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute, NTU KhPI）成立于1885年，是乌克兰历史最悠久的理工类高等学府之一，前身为俄罗斯帝国时期仅次于圣彼得堡国立技术学院的第二大技术研究所。作为乌克兰教育部重点大学，该校在国内理工类专业排名首位，2025年QS世界大学排名位列1001-1200区间，乌克兰国内排名第4位，其工程学科（如机械工程、航空航天工程）在QS学科排名中曾进入451-500区间。

National Technical University Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute (NTU KhPI) was founded in 1885, making it one of the oldest technical universities in Ukraine. Initially the second-largest technical institute in the Russian Empire after Saint Petersburg State Institute of Technology, it is now a key university under Ukraine's Ministry of Education. Ranked 4th domestically and 1001-1200th in the 2025 QS World University Rankings, its engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering) previously ranked 451-500th in QS subject rankings.

学校现有在校生约22,000人，教师2000余名，其中教授及博士140余人，副教授820余人，乌克兰国家科学院院士27人。设有10个系、80余个专业，涵盖机械工程、电力工程、计算机科学、生物技术等领域，尤其在涡轮机构造、电气绝缘技术等方向为乌克兰唯一培养基地。教学设施包括先进实验室、计算机中心及两所研究所，与33个国家的170余所高校建立合作，1950年起与中国展开教育交流，合作院校包括北京理工大学、哈尔滨工业大学等。

The university enrolls approximately 22,000 students and employs over 2,000 faculty members, including 140+ professors/doctors, 820+ associate professors, and 27 Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences academicians. It offers 80+ programs across 10 departments, covering mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, and biotechnology. NTU KhPI is Ukraine's sole educator in turbine construction and electrical insulation technology. With advanced labs, computer centers, and two research institutes, it partners with 170+ universities in 33 countries, including longstanding Sino-Ukrainian collaborations since 1950 with institutions like Beijing Institute of Technology and Harbin Institute of Technology.
