南京审计大学是一所中央与地方共建、以江苏省管理为主的高校，其前身为始建于1983年的南京财贸学院。学校在审计领域特色鲜明，是中国审计高等教育发源地之一，被誉为“中国审计人才的摇篮”。学校坚持以审计为品牌、经济为主体、管理为支撑、理工为基础、人文为底蕴，形成了多学科协调发展的学科专业体系，现有浦口、莫愁两个校区，全日制在校本科生、研究生、留学生等各类学生3万余人。

Nanjing Audit University is a university jointly built by the central and local governments and mainly managed by Jiangsu Province. Its predecessor was Nanjing Institute of Finance and Trade founded in 1983. The university has distinct characteristics in the field of auditing, is one of the birthplaces of higher auditing education in China, and is known as "the cradle of Chinese auditing talents".
