宁波幼儿师范高等专科学校（宁波教育学院）是一所具有60多年办学历史，以培养全日制大专生、培训宁波市中小学（幼儿园）在职教师、教育行政干部为主要任务的公办高等师范院校。学校创办于1959年，前身是宁波市教师进修学校，1984年更名为宁波教育学院，2019年5月经浙江省人民政府批准、教育部备案改制为现名。学校现有杭州湾、宁波两个校区，占地面积518亩，全日制学生6120人，开设学前教育、早期教育、产品艺术设计等14个专业，形成“多群一链”的专业布局，其中学前教育专业群入选浙江省高职高水平专业（群）建设名单。

Ningbo Childhood Education College (Ningbo Institute of Education) is a public higher normal college with a history of over 60 years, primarily dedicated to cultivating full-time college students and training in-service teachers and educational administrators of primary and secondary schools (kindergartens) in Ningbo. Founded in 1959 as Ningbo Teachers' Training School, it was renamed Ningbo Institute of Education in 1984 and restructured into its current name in May 2019 with approval from the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government and recordation by the Ministry of Education. The college has two campuses (Hangzhou Bay and Ningbo) covering an area of 518 mu, with 6,120 full-time students and 14 majors including Preschool Education, Early Childhood Education, and Product Art Design, forming a "multi-cluster and one-chain" professional layout. Its Preschool Education professional group has been listed in Zhejiang Provincial Higher Vocational High-level Professional Group Construction.

学校师资力量优良，现有教职工370人，专任教师269人，其中研究生学历或硕士以上学位占比85.13%，高级职称教师占31.23%，13人入选宁波市领军和拔尖人才培养工程。学校构建了学前师资职前职后一体化培养格局，拥有154家教学实践基地和24家幼儿园教师发展学校，学前教育师范生培养质量在全省名列前茅，专升本率位列全省高职院校第5位，2021年师生作品获“挑战杯”全国竞赛红色专项活动一等奖。

The college boasts a strong faculty, with 370 staff members and 269 full-time teachers. Among full-time teachers, 85.13% hold master's degrees or above, 31.23% have senior professional titles, and 13 have been selected into Ningbo's Leading and Top Talent Cultivation Program. It has established an integrated training system for pre-service and in-service preschool teachers, with 154 teaching practice bases and 24 kindergarten teacher development schools. The quality of preschool education teacher training ranks among the top in Zhejiang Province, with the junior college to undergraduate promotion rate ranking 5th among vocational colleges in the province. In 2021, teachers and students' works won the first prize in the Red Special Activity of the "Challenge Cup" National Competition.
