南昌大学科学技术学院成立于2001年8月，是经江西省人民政府批准、教育部确认的独立学院，由国家“双一流”建设高校南昌大学与江西中航共青城实业有限公司合作举办的全日制普通本科高校。学院位于江西九江共青城市科教城，校园占地1215亩，校舍40.6万平方米，设有基础学科部、人文学科部等6个教学单位，开设涵盖经济、法、文、工、管理、艺术、教育七大学科门类的34个本科专业，现有全日制在校生16000余人。

Nanchang University College of Science and Technology, founded in August 2001, is an independent college approved by the People's Government of Jiangxi Province and confirmed by the Ministry of Education. It is a full-time ordinary undergraduate college jointly organized by Nanchang University, a national "Double First-Class" construction university, and Jiangxi Zhonghang Gongqingcheng Industrial Co., Ltd. Located in the Science and Education City of Gongqingcheng City, Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, the college covers an area of 1215 mu with a building area of 406,000 square meters. It has 6 teaching units including the Department of Basic Disciplines and the Department of Humanities, offering 34 undergraduate majors covering seven disciplines such as economics, law, literature, engineering, management, art, and education, with more than 16,000 full-time students.

学院依托南昌大学优质教育资源，形成了以机械、建筑类为核心的工科模块，以电子信息、计算机类为核心的信息学科模块等特色专业集群。教学设施先进，建有1168个点位的云机房中心、190间实验室及117个校外实习基地，纸型藏书110余万册，电子图书140余万册。近年来，《高等数学(Ⅰ)》获批国家级一流本科课程，学生在全国大学生创新大赛、智能汽车竞赛等赛事中获国家级奖项332项，省级奖项1052项，毕业生去向落实率位居全省独立学院前列。

Relying on the high-quality educational resources of Nanchang University, the college has formed characteristic professional clusters such as the engineering module centered on machinery and architecture, and the information discipline module centered on electronic information and computer. It has advanced teaching facilities, including a cloud computer room center with 1168 points, 190 laboratories and 117 off-campus internship bases, with more than 1.1 million paper books and over 1.4 million e-books. In recent years, "Advanced Mathematics (Ⅰ)" has been approved as a national first-class undergraduate course. Students have won 332 national awards and 1052 provincial awards in competitions such as the National College Student Innovation Competition and Intelligent Car Competition, and the employment rate of graduates ranks among the top independent colleges in the province.
