宁夏卫生健康职业技术学院是2023年经宁夏回族自治区人民政府批准、教育部备案，由自治区教育厅、卫生健康委员会、石嘴山市人民政府共同主办的公办全日制普通高等职业学校，坐落于宁夏回族自治区石嘴山市大武口区星光大道与学院路交汇处。学校是宁夏回族自治区“十四五”高校设置规划建设重点院校，规划占地面积1004亩，分四期建设，其中一期项目建筑面积约6.7万平方米，规划办学规模为10000人。

Ningxia Health Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational school approved by the People's Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and registered with the Ministry of Education in 2023. It is co-sponsored by the Education Department of the Autonomous Region, the Health Commission, and the People's Government of Shizuishan City, located at the intersection of Xingguang Avenue and Xueyuan Road, Dawukou District, Shizuishan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. As a key university in the "14th Five-Year Plan" university setting and construction of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the college plans to cover an area of 1004 mu, constructed in four phases, with the first phase covering an area of about 67,000 square meters and a planned school-running scale of 10,000 students.

学校以培养高职（专科）层次医药卫生类人才为核心，截至2024年3月开设护理、药学、中医康复技术、康复治疗技术、医学检验技术等8个高职专业，下设2个教学系，拥有专任教师62人，实训教学仪器设备总值近1200万元。学校注重医教融合与实践教学，与多家医疗机构建立合作关系，为学生提供临床实习机会，并荣获石嘴山市首届大学生禁毒文化周“优秀组织奖”等荣誉。

The college focuses on cultivating medical and health talents at the higher vocational (junior college) level. As of March 2024, it offers 8 higher vocational majors including Nursing, Pharmacy, Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Technology, Rehabilitation Therapy Technology, and Medical Laboratory Technology, with 2 teaching departments, 62 full-time teachers, and the total value of practical teaching instruments and equipment reaching nearly 12 million yuan. The college emphasizes the integration of medical education and practical teaching, has established cooperative relations with multiple medical institutions to provide clinical internship opportunities for students, and has won honors such as the "Excellent Organization Award" in the first College Student Anti-Drug Culture Week of Shizuishan City.
