南京医科大学康达学院创建于1999年，是由南京医科大学自主创办并经省教育厅批准的公有民办二级学院。2005年，经教育部批准设立为独立学院。2011年，南京医科大学和连云港市政府签署合作办学协议，2013年9月学院正式从南京迁址连云港办学。2025年，南京医科大学与连云港市政府签订新一期校府合作协议，学院被纳入校院一体化管理，着力打造校地合作高质量发展新典范。

Nanjing Medical University Kangda College was founded in 1999 as a public-private secondary college independently established by Nanjing Medical University and approved by the Provincial Department of Education. In 2005, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to be established as an independent college. In 2011, Nanjing Medical University and Lianyungang Municipal Government signed a cooperative education agreement, and in September 2013, the college officially relocated from Nanjing to Lianyungang for办学. In 2025, Nanjing Medical University and Lianyungang Municipal Government signed a new phase of university-government cooperation agreement, and the college was incorporated into the university-college integrated management to strive to create a new model of high-quality development of university-local cooperation.

学院坐落在江苏省连云港市海州区花果山大道春晖路88号，设有基础医学部、临床医学部、护理学部等12个教学机构，开设临床医学、药学、护理学、康复治疗学等17个专业（19个方向）。现有专兼职教师3308人，其中副高以上职称957人；自有教职工388人，具有博士、硕士学位的教师占80%以上。学院拥有46所附属医院、临床医学院及教学医院，共享南京医科大学优质医疗教学资源，在校生人数达13000余人。

The college is located at No. 88 Chunhui Road, Huaguoshan Avenue, Haizhou District, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. It has 12 teaching institutions including the Department of Basic Medicine, Department of Clinical Medicine, and Department of Nursing, offering 17 majors (19 directions) such as Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, and Rehabilitation Therapy. There are 3308 full-time and part-time teachers, including 957 with associate senior titles or above; 388 self-owned faculty members, and more than 80% of the teachers have doctoral or master's degrees. The college has 46 affiliated hospitals, clinical medical colleges and teaching hospitals, sharing high-quality medical teaching resources of Nanjing Medical University, with more than 13,000 students.
