南京大学金陵学院是经国家教育部批准，由南京大学申办的本科层次独立学院，创办于1998年，坐落在南京大学浦口校区。学校传承南京大学的办学传统与理念，依托母体优质教育资源，引入新的办学机制，致力于培养高素质应用型创新人才，曾被列为江苏实施国家教育体制改革试点高校、国家事业单位法人治理结构建设试点单位等。

Nanjing University Jinling College is an undergraduate-level independent college approved by the Ministry of Education, founded in 1998 and located on the Pukou Campus of Nanjing University. Inheriting the educational traditions and philosophy of Nanjing University, the college relies on the high-quality educational resources of its parent university and introduces new operational mechanisms, dedicated to cultivating high-quality applied innovative talents. It has been listed as a pilot university for implementing the national education system reform in Jiangsu and a pilot unit for the construction of corporate governance structure in national public institutions.

学校占地1011亩，校舍面积31万平方米，设有传媒学院、商学院、外国语学院等7个二级学院，涵盖文、理、工、经、管、艺等多个学科领域，共43个专业。校园环境优美，拥有“三湖两园一山”等标志性景观，被誉为“南京最美十所高校之一”。2020年起停止普通本科招生，2023年完成转设后终止办学。

Covering an area of 1011 mu with a building area of 310,000 square meters, the college has 7 secondary colleges including the School of Media, Business School, and School of Foreign Languages, covering multiple disciplines such as arts, science, engineering, economics, management, and art, with a total of 43 majors. The campus has a beautiful environment with landmark landscapes such as "three lakes, two gardens and one mountain" and is known as "one of the ten most beautiful universities in Nanjing". It stopped enrolling ordinary undergraduates in 2020 and terminated operations after completing the transformation in 2023.
