南京中医药大学翰林学院始建于2002年3月，2005年5月被教育部批准为独立学院。2010年9月移址泰州市办学，为首家进驻中国医药城的全日制本科院校，也是全省高等教育综合改革试点独立学院之一。学院现设有中医学、针灸推拿学、护理学、康复治疗学、中药学、药学等18个本科专业，具有相关专业独立的学士学位授予权、高校教师资格认定权和高校教师高级职称评审权。

Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine Hanlin College was founded in March 2002 and approved as an independent college by the Ministry of Education in May 2005. In September 2010, it moved to Taizhou and became the first full-time undergraduate college stationed in China Medical City, as well as one of the independent colleges pilot for comprehensive reform of higher education in Jiangsu Province. The college currently offers 18 undergraduate majors including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Tuina, Nursing, Rehabilitation Therapy, Chinese Materia Medica, and Pharmacy, with independent bachelor's degree awarding rights, college teacher qualification recognition rights, and senior professional title evaluation rights for college teachers in related majors.

学院师资优良，建设了一支以母体大学南京中医药大学教师为龙头，自有专任教师为骨干，特聘教授、兼职教授为支撑的专兼结合、高素质高水平师资队伍，14位国家重大人才工程项目获得者为学院发展保驾护航。学院注重实践教学，建有基础医学实验、临床技能实训等多个教学实验中心，迁址泰州医药城后大力加强实验条件建设，为高素质医学应用人才培养提供有力保障。近三年学生就业率始终保持在95%左右，就业质量稳步提升。

The college boasts excellent faculty, building a high-quality and high-level teaching team combining full-time and part-time teachers, led by teachers from the parent university (Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine), supported by its own full-time teachers as the backbone, and supplemented by distinguished professors and part-time professors. Fourteen recipients of national major talent projects provide strong support for the college's development. Focusing on practical teaching, the college has established multiple teaching experiment centers such as basic medicine laboratories and clinical skills training centers. Since relocating to Taizhou Medical City, it has vigorously strengthened experimental conditions, providing strong guarantees for cultivating high-quality medical application talents. The employment rate of students has remained around 95% in recent three years, with steady improvement in employment quality.
