南京邮电大学通达学院是经教育部批准，由国家“双一流”建设高校南京邮电大学于1999年创办的全日制本科独立学院。2012年，学院与扬州市人民政府合作，在历史文化名城扬州共建新校区，坐落于扬子津科教园区，校园占地893亩，建筑古雅，设施先进，为学生提供了优良的学习与生活环境。

Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications Tongda College is a full-time undergraduate independent college approved by the Ministry of Education, founded in 1999 by Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, a national "Double First-Class" construction university. In 2012, the college collaborated with the Yangzhou Municipal People's Government to build a new campus in Yangzhou, a famous historical and cultural city, located in the Yangzijin Science and Education Park. The campus covers an area of 893 mu, with elegant architecture and advanced facilities, providing an excellent learning and living environment for students.

学院以电子信息类专业为特色，工、管、文、经等多学科协调发展，设有通信工程、计算机科学与技术、电气工程及其自动化等20个本科专业，其中通信工程、信息工程等5个专业被评为省级一流本科专业建设点。现有在校生10895人，实验室面积达10800平方米，并建有江苏省大学生创新创业实践教育中心，致力于培养应用型、创新型人才。

With electronic information majors as its特色, the college develops coordinatedly in engineering, management, liberal arts, economics and other disciplines. It offers 20 undergraduate majors including Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Electrical Engineering and Automation, among which 5 majors such as Communication Engineering and Information Engineering have been rated as provincial first-class undergraduate major construction sites. Currently, there are 10,895 students, with a laboratory area of 10,800 square meters, and a Jiangsu Provincial College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Education Center, committed to cultivating applied and innovative talents.

学生在规定年限内修完教学计划课程且成绩合格，可获得国家承认的南京邮电大学通达学院学历证书，符合学位授予条件者授予学士学位证书。学院注重产教融合与国际交流，构建了完备的奖助体系，为学生成长成才提供全方位支持。
