西北农林科技大学坐落于中国陕西省杨凌示范区，是国家“双一流”建设高校，教育部直属全国重点大学。学校创建于1934年，历经八十余载发展，已成为一所以农林为特色，理工、经管、人文等多学科协调发展的综合性大学。学校始终坚持“扎根杨凌、胸怀社稷，脚踏黄土、情系三农”的办学理念，在农业科技创新、人才培养和社会服务方面成绩卓著，为我国农业现代化和乡村振兴作出了重要贡献。

Northwest A&F University is located in Yangling Demonstration Zone, Shaanxi Province, China. It is a national "Double First-Class" construction university and a key national university directly under the Ministry of Education. Founded in 1934, after more than 80 years of development, it has become a comprehensive university with distinctive agricultural and forestry characteristics, coordinated development of multiple disciplines such as science, engineering, economics, management, and humanities. The university has always adhered to the school-running philosophy of "taking root in Yangling, caring about the country, stepping on the loess, and caring about agriculture, rural areas and farmers", and has made outstanding achievements in agricultural scientific and technological innovation, talent training and social services, making important contributions to China's agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.

学校拥有雄厚的师资力量和完善的学科体系，现有教职工4000余人，其中中国科学院院士、中国工程院院士11人。设有28个学院（系），开设本科专业77个，涵盖农学、工学、理学、经济学、管理学、文学、法学、艺术学等八大学科门类。学校科研实力强劲，建有多个国家级科研平台，在旱区农业研究、水土保持、生物技术等领域处于国内领先水平，多项科研成果获得国家级奖励。

The university has a strong faculty and a complete disciplinary system, with more than 4,000 faculty members, including 11 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering. It has 28 colleges (departments) and offers 77 undergraduate majors, covering eight disciplines including agriculture, engineering, science, economics, management, literature, law, and art. The university has strong scientific research strength, with multiple national-level scientific research platforms. It is in a leading position in China in the fields of dryland agricultural research, soil and water conservation, and biotechnology, and many scientific research achievements have won national awards.
