南通卫生健康职业学院是经江苏省人民政府批准、教育部备案，由南通市人民政府举办的全日制公办专科层次普通高等学校，办学历史可追溯至1951年创办的苏北第二医士、护士学校，是苏中地区唯一一所卫生类高职学院。学校坐落于滨江临海、与上海隔江相望的中国近代第一城——南通，现占地300余亩，在校师生超六千人。

Nantong Vocational College of Health is a full-time public college approved by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education, sponsored by the Nantong Municipal People's Government. Its educational history dates back to the Northern Jiangsu Second Medical and Nursing School founded in 1951, and it is the only health vocational college in the central Jiangsu region. Located in Nantong, the "First Modern City in China" with a riverside and coastal location across the Yangtze River from Shanghai, the college now covers an area of over 300 mu and has more than 6,000 teachers and students.

学院于2025年4月正式设立，首批开设护理、老年保健与管理、药学等6个三年制专科专业，致力于培养卫生护理、健康养老、康复保健等领域的高素质技能人才。学校建有省级名师工作室3个，省级现代化实训基地2个，构建了以"德技兼备"为核心的师资队伍和多元适配的育才体系，未来将为健康南通建设和应对人口老龄化战略提供人才支撑。

Officially established in April 2025, the college initially offers 6 three-year specialist programs including Nursing, Geriatric Care and Management, and Pharmacy, dedicated to cultivating high-quality technical talents in fields such as health nursing, elderly care, and rehabilitation. The college has 3 provincial-level famous teacher studios and 2 provincial-level modern training bases, establishing a teaching team centered on "both moral and technical proficiency" and a diversified talent development system. It will provide talent support for the construction of Healthy Nantong and the strategy of addressing population aging in the future.
