中国人民武装警察部队海警学院（简称武警海警学院）是武警部队领导的指挥类高等教育院校，位于浙江省宁波市，是国家海上维权执法人才培养的摇篮。学院前身为1983年成立的武警水面船艇学校，历经公安边防水面船艇学校、公安海警高等专科学校等发展阶段，2010年升格为本科院校并更名为公安海警学院，2018年6月转隶武警部队，正式更名为现用校名，级别为副军级。

China Coast Guard Academy (CCGA) is a command-oriented higher education institution under the leadership of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force. Located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, it serves as the cradle for training national maritime rights protection and law enforcement talents. Tracing its roots to the 1983-founded Armed Police Surface Vessel School, the academy evolved through stages as the Public Security Border Defense Surface Vessel School and Public Security Coast Guard College. Elevated to undergraduate status in 2010, it was renamed Public Security Coast Guard College before being transferred to the Armed Police Force in June 2018 and adopting its current name, maintaining a deputy military level.

学院以“聚焦实战、服务部队、着眼发展”为办学理念，主要承担海警机构警官和警士培养培训任务，开设法学、航海技术、作战指挥、侦察情报等40多个专业，其中兵种作战、装备工程、政治工作为军队级重点学科，拥有船舶与海洋工程博士后科研工作站。教学体系涵盖生长警官教育、现职警官培训、警士培训等多类别，2025年起实施“2+2”联合培养模式，与武警工程大学、海军大连舰艇学院合作开展法学、航海技术等专业人才培养。

Adhering to the educational philosophy of "focusing on actual combat, serving the troops, and aiming for development," the academy primarily undertakes the training of officers and non-commissioned officers for coast guard units. It offers over 40 majors including Law, Navigation Technology, Operational Command, and Reconnaissance Intelligence. Among these, Arms Operations, Equipment Engineering, and Political Work are military-level key disciplines, and it houses a postdoctoral research station in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering. The teaching system covers various categories such as growth officer education, in-service officer training, and non-commissioned officer training. Since 2025, it has implemented a "2+2" joint training model, collaborating with the Armed Police Engineering University and Dalian Naval Academy to cultivate talents in majors like Law and Navigation Technology.
