中国人民武装警察部队警官学院（简称武警警官学院）是武警部队直属的指挥类高等教育院校，也是四川省唯一的军事院校，主要面向武警部队驻南部地区内卫总队及机动总队培养指挥警官。学院历史可追溯至1950年2月成立的西南军区军政大学川北分校，历经九次整编，2017年7月在原武警警官学院、福州指挥学院、广州指挥学院基础上合并组建新的院校，现为副军级建制。

The Chinese People's Armed Police Force Officers College (PAP Officers College) is a command-oriented higher education institution directly under the PAP Force and the only military academy in Sichuan Province. It mainly trains command officers for the Internal Guard Corps and Mobile Corps of the PAP Force stationed in southern China. Tracing its roots to the Northern Sichuan Branch of the Southwest Military Region Military and Political University founded in February 1950, the college has undergone nine reorganizations. In July 2017, it was newly established through the merger of the original PAP Officers College, Fuzhou Command College, and Guangzhou Command College, now with a deputy army-level establishment.

学院位于四川省成都市双流区，北距市中心18公里，毗邻双流国际机场和黄龙溪古镇，训练基地设在广州市白云区。作为武警部队执勤和机动初级指挥人才培养基地，学院开设作战指挥、侦察情报、指挥信息系统工程等8个本科专业，实施"2+2"衔接培养模式（部分专业前两年在本院学习，后两年在武警特种警察学院深造）。现有教授58人、副教授183人，博士研究生68人，建有16个教学科研团队，拥有万兆主干网络、模拟训练系统等现代化教学设施，图书馆藏书32万册、电子图书55万余种。

Located in Shuangliu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, the college is 18 kilometers north of the city center, adjacent to Shuangliu International Airport and Huanglongxi Ancient Town, with a training base in Baiyun District, Guangzhou. As a training base for primary command talents in PAP's garrison and mobile operations, it offers 8 undergraduate majors including Operational Command, Reconnaissance and Intelligence, and Command Information System Engineering, implementing a "2+2" joint training model (some majors study at the college for the first two years and then at the PAP Special Police College for the next two years). The college has 58 professors, 183 associate professors, 68 doctoral students, and 16 teaching and research teams. It boasts modern teaching facilities such as a 10-gigabit backbone network and simulation training systems, with a library holding 320,000 printed books and over 550,000 e-books.

学院始终坚持立德树人根本任务，累计为部队输送指挥生长警官万余名，涌现出"中国武警十大忠诚卫士"等大批优秀人才。先后承担国家自然科学基金、社科基金项目20余项，获军队级教学成果一等奖4项，《武警战术》获评全军百门优质课程，《兵棋》等3门课程入选国家级一流本科课程，在抗震救灾、重大安保等任务中多次被表彰为先进单位，是武警部队战法训法创新实践基地和分队作战理论研究中心。

Adhering to the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation, the college has trained over 10,000 command officers for the military, producing many outstanding talents including "Top Ten Loyal Guards of the Chinese PAP". It has undertaken more than 20 National Natural Science Foundation and Social Science Foundation projects, won 4 first prizes for military-level teaching achievements, with "PAP Tactics" rated as one of the 100 Excellent Courses of the PLA and 3 courses including "Wargame" selected as National First-Class Undergraduate Courses. Having been repeatedly commended as an advanced unit in earthquake relief and major security tasks, it serves as a practical base for PAP's tactics innovation and a research center for unit operational theory.
