中国人民武装警察部队士官学校成立于2017年，由原武警杭州士官学校和原武警石家庄士官学校合并组建，是武警部队唯一一所警士类初级任职教育院校，主要承担技能型警士人才培养、文职人员培训、科学研究及部队服务等任务。学校历史可追溯至1984年，历经多次调整转型，已形成覆盖信息通信、船艇技术、装备维修、后勤保障等专业领域的人才培养体系，为武警部队输送了大批高素质技能型警士人才。

The Chinese People's Armed Police Force Non-Commissioned Officer School was established in 2017 through the merger of the former Hangzhou Non-Commissioned Officer School and Shijiazhuang Non-Commissioned Officer School of the Armed Police Force. As the only primary vocational education institution for non-commissioned officers in the Armed Police Force, it is primarily responsible for cultivating skilled non-commissioned officer talents, training civilian personnel, conducting scientific research, and providing troop services. With a history dating back to 1984, the school has undergone multiple adjustments and transformations, forming a talent cultivation system covering professional fields such as information and communication, boat technology, equipment maintenance, and logistics support, delivering a large number of high-quality skilled non-commissioned officer talents to the Armed Police Force.

学校现设富春、西溪两个教学区，分别位于杭州市富阳区高教园区和西湖区，与西溪国家湿地公园相邻。作为武警部队重要的警士人才培养基地、通信后装技术创新基地和军事职业教育传播基地，学校始终聚焦实战需求，深化教育教学改革，构建了特色鲜明的警士职业技术教育体系，为提升武警部队战斗力提供了坚实的人才支撑。

The school currently has two teaching areas: Fuchun, located in the Higher Education Park of Fuyang District, Hangzhou, and Xixi, situated in Xihu District adjacent to the Xixi National Wetland Park. As an important base for cultivating non-commissioned officer talents, a communication and logistics technology innovation base, and a military vocational education dissemination base of the Armed Police Force, the school始终 focuses on actual combat needs, deepens educational and teaching reforms, and has built a distinctive vocational and technical education system for non-commissioned officers, providing solid talent support for enhancing the combat effectiveness of the Armed Police Force.
