中国人民武装警察部队特种警察学院（Special Police College of China, 简称SPC）是武警部队培养反恐特战、侦察情报人才的高等教育院校，兼具教学与实战职能，被誉为“东方反恐劲旅”。学院前身为1982年7月组建的公安部反劫机特种警察部队，历经多次调整，2017年整合原武警特种警察学院、武警北京指挥学院、武警沈阳指挥学院资源，形成“校队合一”的特殊编制体制。

The Chinese People's Armed Police Force Special Police College (SPC) is a higher education institution under the Armed Police Force dedicated to cultivating counter-terrorism special operations and reconnaissance intelligence talents. It integrates teaching and combat functions, known as the "Oriental Anti-Terrorism Elite Force". Its predecessor was the Ministry of Public Security Anti-Hijacking Special Police Force established in July 1982. After several adjustments, it integrated resources from the original Armed Police Special Police College, Beijing Command College, and Shenyang Command College in 2017, forming a unique "academy-force integration" organizational structure.

学院坐落于北京市昌平区，总占地面积10000余亩，下设白马路、南口两个教学区及武警某训练基地、军犬基地，拥有现代化教学训练设施与23.8万册馆藏图书。秉持“忠诚、勇敢、团结、奉献”校训，构建了特战、情报侦察特色学科体系，开设3个本科专业方向，承担生长干部培养、现职干部轮训、援外培训等任务，先后为部队输送大批高素质特战人才。

Located in Changping District, Beijing, the college covers an area of over 10,000 mu, with two teaching areas (Baima Road and Nankou), a training base, and a military dog base. It boasts modern teaching facilities and a library with 238,000 books. Adhering to the motto "Loyalty, Bravery, Unity, Dedication", it has developed distinctive disciplines in special operations and intelligence reconnaissance, offering 3 undergraduate programs. It undertakes tasks such as cadre training, in-service officer rotation, and foreign aid training, having cultivated numerous high-quality special operations talents for the armed forces.

作为国家级反恐力量，学院特种作战大队（猎鹰突击队）2014年由习近平主席亲自命名授旗，始终践行“三个非常过硬”校魂，圆满完成奥运安保、G20峰会执勤、援疆维稳等重大任务，在国际军警比武中斩获46项冠军，与150多个国家开展军事交流，成为彰显中国反恐实力的重要窗口。

As a national-level counter-terrorism force, its special operations unit ("Falcon Commando") was personally named and awarded a flag by President Xi Jinping in 2014. Upholding the spirit of "extraordinarily过硬 in politics, professionalism, and combat style", it has successfully completed major tasks including Olympic security, G20 Summit duty, and Xinjiang stability maintenance. It has won 46 championships in international military and police competitions and conducted military exchanges with over 150 countries, serving as a key window showcasing China's counter-terrorism capabilities.
