北京协和医学院（Peking Union Medical College, PUMC）是中国最早设有八年制临床医学专业和护理本科教育的医学院校，其前身是1906年由美国洛克菲勒基金会创办的协和医学堂。作为国家卫生健康委员会直属、与中国医学科学院实行院校合一管理体制的全国重点大学，学校以“尊科学济人道”为校训，始终致力于培养高层次医学人才、开展高水平医学研究和提供高质量医疗服务，被誉为“中国医学殿堂”。

Peking Union Medical College (PUMC) is the earliest medical institution in China to offer an eight-year clinical medicine program and undergraduate nursing education. Its predecessor was the Union Medical College founded by the Rockefeller Foundation in 1906. As a national key university directly under the National Health Commission and实行ing an integrated management system with the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, PUMC adheres to the motto of "Respecting Science and Serving Humanity" and has always been committed to cultivating high-level medical talents, conducting high-level medical research, and providing high-quality medical services. The college has distinct characteristics and advantages in medical education, with strong disciplines such as clinical medicine, basic medicine, and pharmacy, and houses multiple national key disciplines and key laboratories. PUMC Hospital, as its affiliated hospital, is one of China's centers for the diagnosis and treatment of difficult and severe diseases, enjoying a high reputation both at home and abroad. Since 2006, PUMC has collaborated with Tsinghua University in running schools, making full use of the resource advantages of both institutions to jointly promote medical education reform and development, further enhancing its educational standards and international influence.
