中国人民解放军空军通信士官学校是我军首批成立的两所士官学校之一，坐落于辽宁省大连市金普新区，占地面积1100余亩。学校始建于1986年10月，前身为空军大连士官学校，历经1992年更名空军大连通信士官学校、2017年军改后定名为空军通信士官学校，现直属空军总部领导，为正师级建制。作为空军信息通信军士人才培训基地和指挥管理军士培训基地，学校主要承担通信、导航、指挥控制等领域士官培训任务，覆盖20余个专业，累计输送人才超5万名，空军通信导航台站长中90%以上为该校毕业生，被誉为“空军通信士官的摇篮”。

The Chinese People's Liberation Army Air Force Communication Non-Commissioned Officer School is one of the first two non-commissioned officer schools established in the Chinese military. Located in Jinpu New District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, it covers an area of over 1,100 mu. Founded in October 1986, the school was formerly known as the Air Force Dalian Non-Commissioned Officer School, renamed Air Force Dalian Communication Non-Commissioned Officer School in 1992, and officially designated as Air Force Communication Non-Commissioned Officer School after the 2017 military reform. Currently under the direct leadership of the Air Force Headquarters at the division level, it serves as a training base for Air Force information communication non-commissioned officers and command management non-commissioned officers. The school offers training in over 20 specialties covering communication, navigation, and command control, having graduated more than 50,000 personnel. Over 90% of Air Force communication and navigation station chiefs are its alumni, earning it the reputation as "the cradle of Air Force communication non-commissioned officers."

学校建制历史可追溯至1986年沈阳军区空军整合通信教导队与政工教导队组建的副师级院校，历经多次调整发展，形成“校-系-队”三级管理体制，设有训练部、政治部等机关及基础部、无线电通信系等教学单位。教学设施完善，涵盖图书馆、实验室、综合训练场等硬件资源，课程体系聚焦通信技术、导航保障、指挥信息系统等军事应用领域，构建了适应空军现代化建设需求的士官教育体系。

The school's organizational history dates back to 1986 when the Shenyang Military Region Air Force established it as a deputy division-level institution by integrating communication and political work training teams. Through successive adjustments, it developed a three-tier management system of "school-department-team," with academic units including the Training Department, Political Department, Basic Department, and Radio Communication Department. Equipped with comprehensive facilities such as libraries, laboratories, and integrated training grounds, its curriculum focuses on military application fields including communication technology, navigation support, and command information systems, establishing a non-commissioned officer education system tailored to the modernization needs of the Air Force.
