中国人民解放军空军哈尔滨飞行学院（People’s Liberation Army Air Force Harbin Flight Academy），简称空军哈尔滨飞行学院或哈飞院，院部坐落于黑龙江省哈尔滨市，下属部队横跨黑、吉、辽三省，是一所空军飞行类初级任职教育院校，隶属中国人民解放军空军直属，副军级。

The People’s Liberation Army Air Force Harbin Flight Academy, referred to as Harbin Flight Academy or Hafeiyuan for short, is located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, with subordinate units spanning Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning provinces. It is a primary vocational education institution for air force flight training, directly under the PLA Air Force at the deputy military level.

学院前身为1949年12月组建的中国人民解放军第一轰炸机学校和第一驱逐机学校，历经多次更名调整，于2012年4月由空军第一飞行学院与第三飞行学院合并组建，2017年转隶空军直属。作为东北老航校精神的传承基地，学院是培养空军歼击机、轰炸机飞行员的核心院校，累计输送空地勤人员26000余名，涌现出航天英雄翟志刚、王亚平，试飞英雄王昂等杰出人才，获军队级以上科研成果奖92项，填补军内技术空白58项。

Originating from the PLA No.1 Bomber School and No.1 Fighter School established in December 1949, the academy was restructured in April 2012 through the merger of the Air Force No.1 and No.3 Flight Academies, and directly subordinated to the Air Force in 2017. As a heritage base of the Northeast Old Aviation School spirit, it serves as a core institution for training fighter and bomber pilots, having cultivated over 26,000 air and ground crew personnel. Notable alumni include astronauts Zhai Zhigang and Wang Yaping, test flight hero Wang Ang, among others. The academy has won 92 military-level scientific research awards and filled 58 technical gaps in military fields.
