中国人民解放军空军军医大学（第四军医大学）是一所培养高、中层次医学专业人才的全国重点大学，校本部位于陕西省西安市。学校前身是创建于1941年的八路军晋西北军区卫生学校，1952年被中央军委命名为第四军医大学，1954年与原第五军医大学合并，2017年转隶空军并组建空军军医大学，对外保留第四军医大学名称。作为国家“双一流”“211工程”重点建设院校，学校以军事医学和航空航天医学为特色，拥有9个学科领域进入ESI全球前1%，口腔医学学科在全国第四轮学科评估中获评A+。

The Chinese People's Liberation Army Air Force Medical University (Fourth Military Medical University) is a national key university cultivating high-level and mid-level medical professionals, with its main campus located in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. Founded in 1941 as the Health School of the Eighth Route Army's Northwestern Shanxi Military Region, it was named the Fourth Military Medical University by the Central Military Commission in 1952, merged with the former Fifth Military Medical University in 1954, and was transferred to the Air Force in 2017 to form the current Air Force Medical University while retaining the Fourth Military Medical University name externally. As a key university under China's "Double First-Class" and "Project 211" initiatives, the university specializes in military medicine and aerospace medicine, with 9 disciplines ranking in the top 1% globally in ESI, and its Stomatology discipline rated A+ in the fourth round of national discipline evaluations.

学校拥有中国科学院院士2名、工程院院士5名，国家重点和培育学科19个，3所直属三级甲等附属医院（西京医院、唐都医院、口腔医院）及空军特色医学中心。建校以来培养9万余名医学人才，创造了世界首例十指断离再植术、国内首例人子宫移植术等百余项国内外医学突破，在抗疫、航空航天卫勤保障等领域贡献突出，是军队医学教育、科研和临床救治的核心基地之一。

The university boasts 2 CAS academicians, 5 CAE academicians, 19 national key disciplines, three directly affiliated Grade III Class A hospitals (Xijing Hospital, Tangdu Hospital, Stomatological Hospital), and an Air Force Characteristic Medical Center. Having trained over 90,000 medical professionals since its establishment, it has achieved over 100 domestic and international medical breakthroughs, including the world's first successful replantation of ten severed fingers and China's first human uterus transplantation. It has made significant contributions in anti-epidemic efforts and aerospace medical support, serving as a core base for military medical education, scientific research, and clinical treatment.
