中国人民解放军空军工程大学坐落于陕西西安市，是一所公办军事类普通本科院校，1999年由原空军工程学院、空军导弹学院和空军电讯工程学院合并组建，2017年7月与空军第一航空学院合并组建新校，主要承担空战勤务、空天防御、信息对抗等领域复合型指挥与技术军官培训任务。

The People's Liberation Army Air Force Engineering University is located in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. It is a public military ordinary undergraduate institution founded in 1999 through the merger of the former Air Force Engineering College, Air Force Missile College, and Air Force Telecommunication Engineering College. In July 2017, it merged with the Air Force First Aeronautical College to form the new university, mainly undertaking the training of compound command and technical officers in fields such as air combat service, aerospace defense, and information countermeasures.

学校辖7所院（校）及2个教研单位，跨陕西西安、咸阳和河南信阳三省三市，占地1万多亩，拥有工、军、理、管、文5个学科门类，7个博士后科研流动站，11个一级学科博士学位授权点，17个一级学科硕士学位授权点，38个本科专业，形成工军管综合、理技战融合的学科体系，承担空军65%以上地面生长干部本科培训和45%以上硕士研究生培养任务。

The university has 7 colleges (schools) and 2 teaching and research units, spanning three cities in two provinces (Xi'an, Xianyang in Shaanxi Province and Xinyang in Henan Province), covering an area of over 10,000 mu. It has 5 disciplines including engineering, military science, science, management, and liberal arts, 7 post-doctoral research stations, 11 first-level discipline doctoral degree authorization points, 17 first-level discipline master's degree authorization points, and 38 undergraduate majors, forming a disciplinary system integrating engineering, military science and management, and integrating science, technology and warfare. It undertakes more than 65% of the undergraduate training of ground-growing cadres and more than 45% of the postgraduate training tasks of the Air Force.
