中国人民解放军陆军军事交通学院是基于陆军、面向全军的专业类高等教育院校，主要面向联合投送、船艇作战、无人作战、岸滩卸载、车船装备保障、军事物流、国防交通7个领域培养德才兼备的高素质专业化新型军事交通人才，是我军运输投送人才培养的主渠道、现代军事交通运输理论技术创新的策源地、战略投送能力提升的助推器。下辖院本部（天津市河东区）、镇江校区（江苏省镇江市）、汽车士官学校（安徽省蚌埠市）和军事交通运输研究所（天津市河东区）。

The Chinese People's Liberation Army Army Military Transportation University is a professional higher education institution based in the Army and oriented towards the entire military. It mainly cultivates virtuous and talented high-quality professional new military transportation talents in seven fields: joint projection, boat operations, unmanned operations, beach unloading, vehicle and boat equipment support, military logistics, and national defense transportation. It is the main channel for training transportation and projection talents for the Chinese military, the source of modern military transportation theory and technology innovation, and a booster for improving strategic projection capabilities. It has jurisdiction over the headquarters (Hedong District, Tianjin), Zhenjiang Campus (Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province), Automobile Non-commissioned Officer School (Bengbu City, Anhui Province), and Military Transportation Research Institute (Hedong District, Tianjin).

学院前身是1949年在晋南成立的西北军区后勤学校摩托科，历经多次改革转隶，2017年组建陆军军事交通学院，形成大军交办学格局。经过70多年建设发展，成为集作战、后勤、装备保障于一体，博士、硕士、学士层次齐全，军、工、管协调发展的高等教育院校，为部队、地方和外军培养输送20余万名合格人才。现有2个博士学位授权点，8个硕士学位授权点，设有军事后勤学博士后科研工作站，开设11个本科教育专业。

The predecessor of the university was the Motorcycle Section of the Logistics School of the Northwest Military Region established in southern Shanxi in 1949. After several reforms and transfers, it was reorganized into the Army Military Transportation University in 2017, forming a large military transportation education pattern. After more than 70 years of construction and development, it has become a higher education institution integrating combat, logistics, and equipment support, with complete doctoral, master's, and bachelor's levels, and coordinated development of military, engineering, and management disciplines. It has cultivated and transported more than 200,000 qualified talents for the military, localities, and foreign armies. It currently has 2 doctoral degree authorization points, 8 master's degree authorization points, a post-doctoral research workstation in military logistics, and offers 11 undergraduate majors.

学院办学力量雄厚，拥有一支结构合理、学术精湛、锐意创新的专职教研队伍，设有国家应急交通运输装备工程技术研究中心等7个高层次科研学术平台，先后获国家和军队级科技进步奖360余项、专利300余项，研制的30余种装备批量配备部队。在智能无人领域处于军地领先水平，无人驾驶智能车参加中国智能车未来挑战赛四次夺冠，连续三届参加陆军跨越险阻无人系统挑战赛中获多项冠军。

The university has strong educational strength, with a full-time teaching and research team with reasonable structure, exquisite academic skills, and innovative spirit. It has 7 high-level scientific research platforms including the National Emergency Transportation Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center. It has won more than 360 national and military-level scientific and technological progress awards and more than 300 patents, and more than 30 types of developed equipment have been mass-equipped to the military. It is in a leading position in the field of intelligent unmanned systems in both military and civilian sectors. Its unmanned intelligent vehicles have won the China Intelligent Vehicle Future Challenge four times and multiple championships in the Army's "Overcoming Obstacles" Unmanned System Challenge for three consecutive sessions.

基础设施完备，学院占地总面积5100余亩，共有3个教学区和3个训练基地，各类训练场49个，实验室（专业教室）81个，特种车、教练车、船艇、模拟运输机等千余台（套）。图书馆藏书近93万册，电子图书和多媒体情报资料135余万种，信息资源约242TB，园区网主干速率达万兆，覆盖所有教学、科研、办公场所及学员宿舍楼。

The infrastructure is complete. The university covers a total area of more than 5,100 mu, with 3 teaching areas, 3 training bases, 49 various training grounds, and 81 laboratories (professional classrooms). It has more than 1,000 sets of special vehicles, training vehicles, boats, and simulated transport aircraft. The library has nearly 930,000 books, more than 1.35 million kinds of electronic books and multimedia information materials, with information resources of about 242 TB. The campus network backbone speed reaches 10 gigabytes, covering all teaching, scientific research, office places, and student dormitories.
