中国人民解放军网络空间部队信息工程大学，简称“信大”，位于河南省郑州市，是隶属中央军委训练管理部的公办军事类高等院校，为正军级编制，是全军重点建设的五所综合大学之一、军队“2110工程”重点建设院校，也是首批国家一流网络安全学院建设示范项目高校、军队唯一国家网络安全人才培养基地。学校历史可追溯至1931年的军委无线电训练班等多个早期军事教育机构，1949年正式建校，后由原解放军外国语学院、信息工程学院、测绘学院、电子技术学院等合并组建，现为兵种专业类、指技融合型高等教育院校，主要承担全军测绘导航、密码与信息安全等领域人才培养任务。

Information Engineering University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Network Space Force, referred to as "Xinda", is located in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. It is a public military institution of higher education affiliated to the Training Management Department of the Central Military Commission, with a corps-level establishment. As one of the five key comprehensive universities under the PLA and a key construction institution of the military's "2110 Project", it is also among the first batch of national first-class cybersecurity college construction demonstration project universities and the only national cybersecurity talent training base of the military. Tracing its roots to early military education institutions such as the 1931 Military Commission Radio Training Class, the university was formally established in 1949 and later formed by merging the former PLA Foreign Languages Institute, Information Engineering Institute, Surveying and Mapping Institute, and Electronic Technology Institute. It now serves as a兵种专业类、指技融合型 (arms specialty and command-technology integrated) higher education institution, primarily undertaking talent cultivation in military surveying, mapping, navigation, cryptography, and information security.

学校占地6000余亩，开设计算机科学与技术、信息安全、测绘工程、电子信息工程等优势专业，拥有硕士、博士学位授予权，2000年创办中国首个信息安全专业。依托军队特色学科体系，学校形成了“指技融合、军民结合”的办学特色，在网络空间安全、数据科学、军事测绘等领域培养了大批高素质军事人才，综合满意度达4.4分，其中地理信息科学、测绘工程等专业满意度位居前列，是国防科技人才培养的重要基地。

Covering an area of over 6,000 mu, the university offers advantageous majors such as Computer Science and Technology, Information Security, Surveying and Mapping Engineering, and Electronic Information Engineering, with authorization to grant master's and doctoral degrees. It pioneered China's first Information Security program in 2000. Based on a military characteristic discipline system, the university has developed a distinctive educational model integrating "command-technology fusion and military-civilian integration".
