中国人民解放军海军勤务学院位于天津市滨海新区核心区，是一所初级任职教育院校，其前身是1953年4月由山东青岛迁至塘沽办学的海军后勤技术学校。2012年6月，经中央军委批准，学院在原海军工程大学天津校区基础上升格组建为正师建制，成为天津地区唯一一所海军军事院校。

The Chinese People's Liberation Army Naval Logistics Academy is located in the core area of Binhai New Area, Tianjin. It is a primary professional education institution, formerly known as the Naval Logistics Technical School which was relocated from Qingdao, Shandong to Tanggu for running schools in April 1953. In June 2012, with the approval of the Central Military Commission, the academy was upgraded and established as a division-level establishment on the basis of the original Tianjin Campus of the Naval University of Engineering, becoming the only naval military academy in Tianjin.

学院学科专业涵盖军事学、工学、经济学、管理学四大学科门类，融指挥、勤务、技术和管理于一体，涉及后勤指挥、财务审计、军需勤务、油料勤务、物资采购与管理、海运补给、海防工程、军港管理、营房管理、海军舰务等专业方向，是海军后勤人才培养的主阵地。目前主要承担后勤领域生长军官和士官职业技术培训任务，以及军事后勤硕士研究生培养任务，拥有1个博士点和2个硕士点。

The academy's disciplines cover four categories: military science, engineering, economics, and management, integrating command, logistics, technology, and management. It involves professional directions such as logistics command, financial auditing, military supply logistics, fuel logistics, material procurement and management, maritime transportation support, coastal defense engineering, military port management, barracks management, and naval ship affairs, serving as the main position for cultivating naval logistics talents. Currently, it mainly undertakes professional and technical training tasks for growing officers and non-commissioned officers in the logistics field, as well as the training task for master's students in military logistics, with 1 doctoral program and 2 master's programs.
