中国人民解放军海军士官学校作为全军最早创办的两所士官学校之一,1986年11月1日在安徽省蚌埠市正式成立,是海军唯一一所专门培养军士人才的初级任职教育院校。学校承担水面舰艇、观通雷达、电子对抗、通信等信息作战部队及装备技术保障部队30余个专业的军士职业技术教育培训任务,同时开展预选培训、晋升培训和定向培养军士岗前培训等工作,被誉为“海军士官的摇篮”。
As one of the two earliest non-commissioned officer schools established in the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA), the PLA Naval Noncommissioned Officer School was officially founded in Bengbu City, Anhui Province on November 1, 1986. It is the only primary vocational education institution in the Navy dedicated to cultivating non-commissioned officer talents. The school undertakes vocational and technical education and training for over 30 specialties in information warfare units (such as surface ships, radar, electronic countermeasures, and communications) and equipment technical support units, while also conducting pre-selection training, promotion training, and pre-service training for定向 training non-commissioned officers, known as the "Cradle of Naval Noncommissioned Officers".
学校坚持“立德树人、为战育人”,确立“作战牵引、岗位对接、技能培养、特质人才”的育人思路,形成“校本训练为主体、部队实习基地为依托、军地科研院所为补充”的联合培训体系。建校近40年来,秉承“育大海骄子、铸舰连脊梁”校训,培养了大批优秀军士人才,千余人获全军优秀士官人才奖,多人在航母部队、科研团队中建功立业,涌现出一等功臣徐太衡、江运洪等先进典型,多次被评为全军教学优秀单位。
Adhering to the philosophy of "Establishing Morality and Cultivating Talents for Warfare", the school has established an educational approach of "Combat-oriented, Post-aligned, Skill-focused, and Characteristic Talents", forming a joint training system with "school-based training as the main body, military internship bases as support, and military-civilian research institutions as supplements". Over nearly 40 years since its establishment, adhering to the motto of "Cultivating Sons of the Sea, Forging Backbones of Ship Companies", the school has cultivated a large number of outstanding non-commissioned officer talents. Thousands have won the PLA Excellent Noncommissioned Officer Talent Award, many have made contributions in aircraft carrier units and research teams, and advanced models such as first-class merit recipients Xu Taiheng and Jiang Yunhong have emerged. The school has been repeatedly rated as an Excellent Teaching Unit of the PLA.
