中国人民解放军火箭军指挥学院是培养中国人民解放军战略导弹部队指挥人才的最高军事学府，其前身为1977年创建的第二炮兵学校，历经第二炮兵学院、第二炮兵指挥学院等发展阶段，2015年12月正式更名为火箭军指挥学院。学院坐落于湖北省武汉市，占地面积57万平方米，建筑面积18万平方米，为正军级中级指挥院校，同时也是火箭军的指挥人才培训中心和军事理论研究中心。

The PLA Rocket Force Command College is the highest military institution for cultivating command talents of the strategic missile forces of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. Its predecessor was the Second Artillery School founded in 1977, which went through development stages such as the Second Artillery College and the Second Artillery Command College, and was officially renamed the Rocket Force Command College in December 2015. Located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, the college covers an area of 570,000 square meters with a building area of 180,000 square meters. It is a mid-level command academy at the corps level and also serves as the command talent training center and military theory research center of the Rocket Force.

学院主要承担为火箭军部队培养战役指挥军官、中级指挥军官、军事学博士和硕士研究生、部分初级指挥军官以及地方高校毕业生等培训任务。营区由东院（办公和生活区）、西院（教学区）和综合训练场组成，配备有导弹综合操作训练场、作战指挥实验室（全军重点实验室）、模拟训练中心、图书馆等先进教学设施，形成了设施完善、功能齐全的教学保障体系。

The college mainly undertakes training tasks such as cultivating campaign command officers, intermediate command officers, military science doctors and master students, some junior command officers and local college graduates for the Rocket Force units. The camp area consists of the East Courtyard (office and living area), the West Courtyard (teaching area) and the comprehensive training ground. It is equipped with advanced teaching facilities such as missile comprehensive operation training ground, operational command laboratory (key military laboratory), simulation training center and library, forming a well-equipped and fully functional teaching support system.
