中国人民解放军火箭军工程大学地处中国西安，是中国唯一一所培养战略导弹部队指挥技术人才的高等军事院校，是军队2110工程重点建设院校，被誉为“中国战略导弹部队军官的摇篮”。学校前身为1951年创建的西北军区炮兵学校，历经多次更名，2016年随火箭军成立正式定名。作为国务院学位委员会批准的首批博士、硕士、学士授予单位，学校以核科学与技术、兵器科学与技术等学科为龙头，形成覆盖导弹武器系统作战、保障、研究全链条的学科体系，担负着为战略导弹部队培养骨干军官和未来领导者的使命。

The People's Liberation Army Rocket Force Engineering University is located in Xi'an, China. It is the only higher military academy in China that cultivates command and technical talents for strategic missile forces. As a key construction institution under the military's "2110 Project", it is known as "the cradle of officers for China's strategic missile forces". Founded in 1951 as the Northwest Military Region Artillery School, the university has undergone several name changes and was officially renamed in 2016 following the establishment of the Rocket Force. Approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council as one of the first institutions authorized to grant doctoral, master's, and bachelor's degrees, the university takes disciplines such as nuclear science and technology, and ordnance science and technology as its leaders, forming a disciplinary system covering the entire chain of missile weapon system operations, support, and research. It undertakes the mission of cultivating backbone officers and future leaders for strategic missile forces.

The university boasts a fine educational tradition and first-class teaching conditions, focusing on integrating military characteristics with academic innovation. It has established a group of advantageous majors represented by missile launch engineering, measurement and control engineering, nuclear engineering and nuclear technology. The campus, covering nearly 1,800 mu, is nestled against Lishan Mountain to the east and adjacent to the Ba River to the west, with a green coverage rate exceeding 70%. It has been awarded the National Model Unit for Afforestation and one of the first ecological camps of the whole army. Equipped with complete teaching facilities, including national experimental teaching demonstration centers and military key laboratories, the university provides solid support for talent cultivation.
