国立釜庆大学（국립부경대학교, Pukyong National University），简称釜庆大（PKNU），是一所位于韩国第二大城市釜山市的综合性国立大学。学校溯源于1924年建校的釜山工业大学与1941年建校的釜山水产大学，两校于1996年合并为具有悠久历史传统的国立大学。釜山水产大学是韩国第一所水产高等教育机构，釜山工业大学则是韩国最早的近代工业技术教育机关，合并后的釜庆大学以海洋和水产科学为特色，是韩国教育部认可的外国留学生招生及管理优秀认证大学，同时也是世界港口城市大学联盟成员和“一带一路”高校战略联盟创始高校之一。

Pukyong National University (PKNU), located in Busan, the second largest city in South Korea, is a comprehensive national university. Tracing its roots to Busan Industrial University founded in 1924 and Busan Fisheries University established in 1941, the two institutions merged in 1996 to form this long-standing national university. Busan Fisheries University was the first higher education institution for fisheries in South Korea, while Busan Industrial University was the earliest modern industrial technology education institution in the country. With marine and fisheries sciences as its distinctive features, Pukyong National University is recognized by the Korean Ministry of Education for its excellence in enrolling and managing international students. It is also a member of the World Association of Port City Universities and a founding member of the Belt and Road University Strategic Alliance.

釜庆大学拥有大渊、龙塘两个校区，并设有水产海洋科学研究园区（机张郡）和水产科学技术中心（固城郡），目前在校生约2.3万余名，在职教师及职工1100多名。学校在海洋生命科学、水产科学等领域享有盛誉，海洋和水产专业在亚洲排名前三，2024年QS亚洲大学排名中位列韩国国立大学第10位（亚洲301-305位）。此外，学校积极推动国际化发展，与全球350多所学术机构建立合作，外国留学生约1700名，学费因国立大学性质较私立大学低约50%，并设有多种奖学金制度。

PKNU has two campuses, Dayeon and Yongdang, along with a Marine Fisheries Science Research Park (Gijang-gun) and a Fisheries Science and Technology Center (Goseong-gun). Currently, it has approximately 23,000 students and over 1,100 faculty and staff members. The university enjoys a high reputation in marine life sciences and fisheries science, with its marine and fisheries programs ranking among the top three in Asia. In the 2024 QS Asian University Rankings, it was ranked 10th among national universities in South Korea (301-305th in Asia). Furthermore, the university actively promotes internationalization, having established partnerships with over 350 academic institutions worldwide, hosting around 1,700 international students. As a national university, its tuition fees are approximately 50% lower than those of private universities, and it offers various scholarship programs.
