西安科技大学高新学院是经教育部批准，由西安科技大学主办的全日制普通本科独立学院，办学历史可追溯至2003年成立的西安科技大学电子信息学院，2006年正式更名为西安科技大学高新学院。学院依托西安科技大学六十余年的优质教育资源与学科优势，秉持“产教融合、创新发展”的办学特色，致力于培养具备专业知识与实践技能的高素质应用型人才。

Xi'an Kedagaoxin University is a full-time ordinary undergraduate independent college approved by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by Xi'an University of Science and Technology. Its educational history can be traced back to the School of Electronic Information of Xi'an University of Science and Technology founded in 2003, and it was officially renamed Xi'an Kedagaoxin University in 2006. Relying on the over 60 years of high-quality educational resources and disciplinary advantages of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, the college adheres to the school-running characteristic of "integration of industry and education, innovative development" and is committed to cultivating high-quality applied talents with professional knowledge and practical skills.

学院位于古城西安长安国际大学城，占地近1000亩，总建筑面积约38.64万平方米，教学科研仪器设备总值7888万元。现设有信息与科技工程学院、城市建设学院等5个二级学院，开设本专科专业48个，涵盖工、管、文、艺等多个学科门类，在校学生11000余人。校园环境以“绿色、科技、生态”为特色，图书馆纸质藏书122.8万余册，电子图书310万余册，为学生提供优良的学习与生活条件。

The college is located in Chang'an International University Town, Xi'an, an ancient city, covering an area of nearly 1,000 mu with a total construction area of about 386,400 square meters and teaching and research equipment worth 78.88 million yuan. It currently has 5 secondary colleges including the School of Information and Technology Engineering and the School of Urban Construction, offering 48 undergraduate and junior college majors covering multiple disciplines such as engineering, management, liberal arts, and art, with more than 11,000 students. The campus environment features "green, technology, and ecology". The library has more than 1.228 million paper books and over 3.1 million e-books, providing excellent learning and living conditions for students.
