青岛职业技术学院是2000年经教育部批准设立的省属市管全日制公办高等职业院校，主要从事全日制高等职业教育和社会职业技能培训，兼顾成人学历教育、中外合作学历教育及中小学教师、校长培训等，具有接收外国留学生资质和聘请外国文教专家资格。学校秉承“厚德乐学、修能致用”的校风和“乐学善思、知行合一”的学风，实施融合化、智慧化、国际化“三化战略”，构建“党建引领三全育人”体系，全面落实立德树人根本任务。

Qingdao Technical College is a public full-time higher vocational college approved by the Ministry of Education in 2000, under the joint management of the province and city with municipal administration as the main body. It mainly engages in full-time higher vocational education and social vocational skills training, while also offering adult academic education, Sino-foreign cooperative education, and training for primary and secondary school teachers and principals. The college has the qualification to admit international students and employ foreign cultural and educational experts. Adhering to the school spirit of "Cultivating Virtue and Enjoying Learning, Cultivating Abilities for Application" and the style of study of "Enjoying Learning and Thinking, Integrating Knowledge and Practice", it implements the "Three Strategies" of integration, intellectualization, and internationalization, and constructs a "Party-building-led Three-All-round Education" system to fully implement the fundamental task of moral education.

学校设有黄岛、市北两个校区，开设海尔学院、信息学院、生物与化工学院等10个二级学院，涵盖机电一体化技术、物联网应用技术、学前教育等50余个专业。现有教职工828人，其中专任教师中具有硕士及以上学位的占91%，国家级教学名师等7人，省级名师25人。拥有8个国家级实训基地、110余个省市校级实训基地，与200余家知名企业建立合作，校外实训基地达161个，形成了“校企合作、产教融合”的鲜明办学特色。

The college has two campuses in Huangdao and Shibei, with 10 secondary colleges including Haier College, Information College, and College of Biology and Chemical Engineering, covering more than 50 majors such as Mechatronics Technology, Internet of Things Application Technology, and Preschool Education. It has 828 faculty members, among whom 91% of full-time teachers have a master's degree or above, including 7 national-level teaching masters and 25 provincial-level teaching masters. The college boasts 8 national-level training bases, over 110 provincial, municipal and college-level training bases, and has established cooperation with more than 200 well-known enterprises, with 161 off-campus training bases, forming a distinctive school-running feature of "school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education".
