齐齐哈尔医学院始建于1946年，是黑龙江省西部地区唯一一所独立设置的全日制普通高等医学院校。学校始终坚持“立德树人”根本任务，以培养高素质应用型医药卫生人才为目标，形成了以医学教育为主体，医学、理学、工学、管理学等多学科协调发展的学科专业体系。

Qiqihar Medical University, founded in 1946, is the only independent full-time public medical college in western Heilongjiang Province. Adhering to the fundamental task of "cultivating virtue and educating people", the university aims to train high-quality applied medical and health talents, forming a disciplinary system with medical education as the main body and coordinated development of medicine, science, engineering, management and other disciplines.

学校现有本科专业26个，涵盖医学、理学、工学、管理学等学科门类，其中临床医学、医学影像学、预防医学等专业为国家级一流本科专业建设点。拥有国家级特色专业建设点2个，省级重点专业11个，形成了特色鲜明、优势突出的专业集群。

The university currently offers 26 undergraduate programs covering medicine, science, engineering, management and other disciplines. Among them, Clinical Medicine, Medical Imaging, Preventive Medicine and other programs are national first-class undergraduate program construction sites. It has 2 national-level characteristic specialty construction sites and 11 provincial-level key specialties, forming a professional cluster with distinct characteristics and prominent advantages.

学校注重实践教学，建有国家级实验教学示范中心、国家级虚拟仿真实验教学中心等教学平台，与省内外100余家医疗机构建立了长期稳定的教学合作关系，为学生实践能力培养提供了坚实保障。近年来，学生在全国大学生临床技能竞赛、医学影像技术技能大赛等赛事中屡获佳绩。

Emphasizing practical teaching, the university has built teaching platforms such as the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center and the National Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Center. It has established long-term and stable teaching cooperation relations with more than 100 medical institutions inside and outside the province, providing a solid guarantee for the cultivation of students' practical ability. In recent years, students have achieved excellent results in national competitions such as the National College Students' Clinical Skills Competition and Medical Imaging Technology Skills Competition.
