齐齐哈尔高等师范专科学校是一所全日制公办普通高等院校,坐落于“世界大湿地,中国鹤家乡”的齐齐哈尔市,前身为1906年设立的师范速成班,1914年更名为省立第一师范学校,素有“龙江师范第一校”美誉。2003年经教育部批准,由多所院校合并组建为全日制普通高等专科学校,至今已有百余年办学历史。
Qiqihar Teachers College is a full-time public ordinary higher education institution located in Qiqihar City, known as "the world's largest wetland and the hometown of red-crowned cranes in China". Its predecessor was the Normal Accelerated Class established in 1906, renamed as the Provincial First Normal School in 1914, and has long been known as "the first normal school in Longjiang". Approved by the Ministry of Education in 2003, it was merged from multiple institutions into a full-time ordinary junior college, with a history of over a century.
学校占地22万平方米,建筑面积10万平方米,教育教学设施完备,现有全日制在校生9000余人,开设师范教育类和职业技术类专业28个。其中特殊教育、小学教育为中央支持建设专业,大数据与会计等7个专业为省重点支持建设专业,拥有省级教学团队1个、省高水平专业群1个,是黑龙江省骨干高等职业院校、幼儿教师国家培训基地。
The college covers an area of 220,000 square meters with a building area of 100,000 square meters, and has complete educational and teaching facilities. It currently has over 9,000 full-time students and offers 28 majors in normal education and vocational technology. Among them, Special Education and Primary Education are supported by the central government, and 7 majors including Big Data and Accounting are key supported by the province. It has 1 provincial-level teaching team, 1 provincial high-level professional group, and is a key higher vocational college in Heilongjiang Province and a national training base for preschool teachers.
师资队伍实力雄厚,副高级以上职称占比33%,硕士及以上学历占比70%,双师素质教师占比62.6%。近年来获国家、省级职业院校技能大赛奖项100余人次,省级教学成果奖16项,承担国家、省市研究课题200多项,毕业生就业率持续保持在80%以上,专升本升学率位居全省同类高校前列。
The faculty is strong, with 33% of teachers having associate senior titles or above, 70% with master's degree or above, and 62.6% with double-qualified teachers. In recent years, it has won more than 100 national and provincial vocational college skills competition awards, 16 provincial teaching achievement awards, and undertaken more than 200 national, provincial and municipal research projects. The employment rate of graduates has remained above 80%, and the further study rate for undergraduate programs ranks among the top of similar colleges in the province.
