沈阳航空航天大学北方科技学院创建于1999年，是经国家教育部批准，由沈阳航空航天大学与先锋集团联合举办的独立学院，实施普通高等学校全日制本科教育，学制四年。学院位于辽宁省沈阳市沈北新区沈北路81号，以服务航空工业和振兴东北老工业基地为导向，依托沈阳航空航天大学的学科优势和优质教育资源，旨在培养航空工业和地方经济建设急需的技术应用型专业人才。

Shenyang Aerospace University Beifang College of Science and Technology was founded in 1999. It is an independent college approved by the Ministry of Education, jointly organized by Shenyang Aerospace University and Pioneer Group, offering full-time undergraduate education with a four-year academic system. Located at No. 81 Shenbei Road, Shenbei New District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, the college is oriented to serve the aviation industry and revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China. Relying on the disciplinary advantages and high-quality educational resources of Shenyang Aerospace University, it aims to cultivate technically applied professionals urgently needed for the aviation industry and local economic construction.

学院现设有计算机科学与技术、机械设计制造及其自动化、电子信息工程、自动化、国际经济与贸易等多个专业，均为经济建设及社会发展急需的领域。学院聘请具有丰富教学经验的优秀教师任教，其中副高级以上职称教师占比约47%，硕士以上学历教师占比超74%，为教学质量提供坚实保障。学生就业率保持较高水平，2008年和2009年分别达到93.6%和94.2%，形成了良好的社会声誉。

The college currently offers multiple majors such as Computer Science and Technology, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Automation, Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, and International Economics and Trade, all in fields urgently needed for economic construction and social development. It employs outstanding teachers with rich teaching experience, among whom teachers with associate senior titles or above account for about 47%, and those with master's degrees or above exceed 74%, providing a solid guarantee for teaching quality. The employment rate of students remains at a high level, reaching 93.6% in 2008 and 94.2% in 2009, forming a good social reputation.
