四川航天职业技术学院是经四川省人民政府批准、教育部备案的公办全日制普通高等学校，由四川省教育厅、四川省国防科工办、四川航天管理局（中国航天科技集团有限公司第七研究院）三方共建，也是国防军工系统在川唯一的公办高职院校。学校依托航天优势资源，传承航天优秀文化，经过60年发展，已成为四川省示范性高职院校、优质高职院校及“双高计划”建设单位，拥有国家高技能人才培训基地、中国航天科技集团高技能人才培训中心等多个平台，培养了近百名国家级技能大师、全国技术能手等人才，荣获“全国职工教育培训示范点”“钱学森英才培育基地”等称号。

Sichuan Aerospace Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Co-built by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, Sichuan Provincial Defense Science and Industry Office, and Sichuan Aerospace Administration (the Seventh Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation), it is the only public vocational college in Sichuan under the national defense and military industry system. Relying on aerospace resources and inheriting aerospace culture, after 60 years of development, it has become a model vocational college, high-quality vocational college, and "Double High Plan" construction unit in Sichuan. It houses national high-skilled talent training bases, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation's high-skilled talent training center, and other platforms, having cultivated nearly 100 national-level skill masters and technical experts, and has been awarded titles such as "National Staff Education and Training Demonstration Site" and "Qian Xuesen Talent Cultivation Base".

学校形成“一校两区”办学格局，分别位于成都经济技术开发区龙泉驿和广汉市三星堆旁，聚焦国防科技工业与地方经济需求，深化产教融合，与中国航天科技集团、中国航空工业集团等企业共建产业学院，开展“订单式”培养，毕业生就业率连续多年保持在96%以上。学校注重航天文化育人，弘扬“两弹一星”精神、载人航天精神，建有航天爱国主义教育基地，获“全国五四红旗团委”“中国航天科技集团文明单位标兵”等荣誉，并积极推进国际化办学，与多国院校开展合作交流。

The college has a "one school, two campuses" layout, located in Longquanyi District of Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone and beside Sanxingdui in Guanghan City. Focusing on the needs of national defense science and industry and local economy, it deepens industry-education integration, co-builds industrial colleges with enterprises such as China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and Aviation Industry Corporation of China, and carries out "order-based" talent cultivation. The employment rate of graduates has remained above 96% for many years. Emphasizing aerospace culture education, it promotes the "Two Bombs and One Satellite" spirit and manned spaceflight spirit,建有航天爱国主义教育基地，获“全国五四红旗团委”“中国航天科技集团文明单位标兵”等荣誉，并积极推进国际化办学，与多国院校开展合作交流。
