四川中医药高等专科学校是经教育部批准设置的公办全日制普通高等专科学校，坐落于四川省第二大城市、中国唯一科技城——绵阳。学校前身为1958年成立的绵阳专区人民医院卫生学校，2006年2月升格为普通高等专科学校，是教育部首批卓越医生教育培养计划试点高校、四川省“双高计划”建设单位。

Sichuan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Ministry of Education, located in Mianyang, the second largest city in Sichuan Province and the only science and technology city in China. The school originated from the Health School of Mianyang Prefecture People's Hospital founded in 1958, and was upgraded to an ordinary higher vocational college in February 2006. It is one of the first pilot colleges for the Excellent Doctor Education and Training Program of the Ministry of Education and a construction unit of Sichuan Province's "Double High Plan".

学校占地近千亩，拥有直属附属医院1所、非直属附属医院7所（均为三级甲等医院），教学医院48所，实习单位124个。现有专任教师近500人，其中研究生学历教师占比53.21%，高级职称教师占比38.35%。开设30个专科专业，涵盖医药卫生、公共管理与服务等4个专业大类，其中中医学专业群为四川省高水平专业群，临床医学、针灸推拿和护理专业为中央财政重点支持专业。

The school covers an area of nearly 1,000 mu, with 1 directly affiliated hospital, 7 non-directly affiliated hospitals (all Grade III Class A hospitals), 48 teaching hospitals, and 124 internship units. There are nearly 500 full-time teachers, among whom 53.21% have graduate degrees and 38.35% have senior professional titles. It offers 30 specialized majors covering 4 professional categories including medicine and health, public management and services. Among them, the Chinese Medicine professional group is a high-level professional group in Sichuan Province, and the majors of Clinical Medicine, Acupuncture and Tuina, and Nursing are key supported by the central finance.
