四川铁道职业学院是四川省教育厅直属的全日制公办普通高等学校，前身为1952年创建的内江铁路机械学校，2014年由原四川管理职业学院与内江铁路机械学校整合，2019年更名为现名。学校坐落于成都市郫都区，设成都、内江两个校区，占地585亩，建筑面积16.82万平方米，面向全国15个省（自治区、直辖市）招生，现有全日制在校生8900余人。

Sichuan Railway Vocational College is a full-time public higher vocational college directly under the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education. Its predecessor was Neijiang Railway Machinery School founded in 1952. In 2014, it was integrated from the former Sichuan Management Vocational College and Neijiang Railway Machinery School, and renamed to its current name in 2019. Located in Pidu District, Chengdu, the college has two campuses in Chengdu and Neijiang, covering an area of 585 mu with a building area of 168,200 square meters. It enrolls students from 15 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country, with more than 8,900 full-time students.

学校以轨道交通行业为特色，开设铁道机车运用与维护、动车组检修技术、城市轨道交通车辆制造与维护等20余个专业，其中国家级示范专业1个、省级现代学徒制试点专业1个。建有铁路综合实训演练场、城轨综合实训中心等44个校内实训基地，与中国铁路成都局集团、成都地铁等企业共建42个校外实训基地，毕业生就业率长期保持在95%以上，对口就业率超85%。

With the characteristics of rail transit industry, the college offers more than 20 majors such as Railway Locomotive Application and Maintenance, EMU Inspection and Repair Technology, and Urban Rail Transit Vehicle Manufacturing and Maintenance, including 1 national demonstration major and 1 provincial modern apprenticeship pilot major. It has built 44 on-campus training bases such as railway comprehensive training field and urban rail comprehensive training center, and 42 off-campus training bases in cooperation with enterprises like China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group and Chengdu Metro. The employment rate of graduates has remained above 95% for a long time, and the counterpart employment rate exceeds 85%.
