滨州职业学院（Binzhou Polytechnic），简称滨州职院或滨职（BZPT），坐落于黄河三角洲腹地的山东滨州，这里是全国卫生城市、国家园林城市、京津冀协同发展战略示范区，濒临渤海，傍拥黄河，黄河文化与齐文化在此交融，孕育了孙子、范仲淹等名人先贤。学院于2001年7月合并原滨州农业学校、卫生学校、经济学校、工业学校及市农科所组建而成，已走过66年办学历程，历经从中职到高职、分散办学到集中办学、规模扩张到内涵建设、科学追赶到创新引领的重要发展阶段，是首批国家骨干高职院校、全国优质高职院校、中国特色高水平高职学校建设单位。

Binzhou Polytechnic (BZPT), located in Binzhou, Shandong Province, the hinterland of the Yellow River Delta, is a national health city, national garden city, and a demonstration zone for the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Adjacent to the Bohai Sea and the Yellow River, it witnesses the integration of Yellow River culture and Qi culture, giving birth to famous figures such as Sun Tzu and Fan Zhongyan. Established in July 2001 through the merger of the former Binzhou Agricultural School, Health School, Economic School, Industrial School, and Municipal Agricultural Science Institute, the college has a 66-year history of running schools. It has gone through important development stages from secondary to higher vocational education, scattered to centralized schooling, scale expansion to connotation construction, and scientific catch-up to innovation leadership. It is among the first batch of national key vocational colleges, national high-quality vocational colleges, and a construction unit of China's high-level vocational schools with distinctive characteristics.

学院现占地面积3639.96亩，建筑面积84.68万平方米，教学科研仪器设备资产2.3986亿元；设有15个二级学院、48个招生专业，在校生23516人，在职教职工1425人，其中专任教师1139人，硕士及以上学位教师占比77.26%，双师型教师占比64.35%。拥有国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队2个、国家级课程思政示范团队2个，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家10人，全国优秀教师4人。学院紧密对接山东省“十强”产业和滨州市“5210N”先进制造业集群，打造以装备制造、智慧康养为引领的“244”雁阵型专业群发展体系，毕业生就业率连续保持在97%以上，80%以上成长为基层及以上管理者或技术骨干。

The college currently covers an area of 3639.96 mu, with a building area of 846,800 square meters and teaching and research equipment assets of 239.86 million yuan. It has 15 secondary colleges, 48 enrollment majors, 23,516 students, and 1,425 in-service faculty members, including 1,139 full-time teachers. Teachers with master's degree or above account for 77.26%, and "double-qualified" teachers account for 64.35%. It has 2 national vocational education teacher teaching innovation teams, 2 national curriculum ideological and political demonstration teams, 10 experts enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, and 4 national excellent teachers. Closely connecting with Shandong's "Top Ten" industries and Binzhou's "5210N" advanced manufacturing cluster, the college has built a "244" geese formation professional group development system led by equipment manufacturing and smart health care. The employment rate of graduates has remained above 97% for consecutive years, and more than 80% have grown into grass-roots or above managers or technical backbones.

学院坚持“服务、融入、引领”的办学理念，创新实施“专业即产业、入学即入岗、毕业即就业”办学模式，与魏桥创业集团等企业共建高端铝产业学院、中德合心国际交流学院等平台，承担10项国家级改革任务，获国家级教学成果奖7项、省级26项。牵头建设中国-几内亚工程技术大学，研制国家级省级政策文件30余个，是全国定向培养士官定点院校，为区域经济社会发展和国家职业教育改革作出了积极贡献。

Adhering to the school-running philosophy of "serving, integrating, and leading", the college innovatively implements the school-running model of "major as industry, enrollment as post entry, and graduation as employment". It has jointly built platforms such as the High-end Aluminum Industry College and Sino-German Hexin International Exchange College with enterprises like Weiqiao Pioneering Group. It undertakes 10 national-level reform tasks and has won 7 national teaching achievement awards and 26 provincial ones. Leading the construction of China-Guinea University of Engineering and Technology and developing more than 30 national and provincial policy documents, it is a national designated college for定向 training of non-commissioned officers, making positive contributions to regional economic and social development and national vocational education reform.
